Policies

  1. Services: Ballooning in The Bay agrees to provide balloon decoration services for the Customer’s event, as specified in the quotation provided. The Balloon Decor Company will use its best efforts to provide high-quality and professional decoration services. If you are not completely satisfied with your balloon display, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
  2. Inclement Weather: This means that the balloon display may be cancelled or modified in the event of inclement weather conditions, such as strong winds, heavy rain, or extreme temperatures. The display will only take place if the weather is suitable and safe for the balloons to be inflated and displayed. Sunshine, wind, and other atmospheric conditions dramatically affect balloon décor and CANNOT be guaranteed to withstand inclement weather. Customer should have a secondary plan to include an indoor location. All Sales Final.
  3. Payment: The Customer agrees to pay a total that was discussed and agreed upon. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due no later than the day of the event. For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment forms which include Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, & Zelle.
  4. Cancellation: In the event that the Customer cancels the balloon decoration services, the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event, the Customer may be responsible for paying the full amount specified in the quotation.
  5. Changes: Any changes to the services requested by the Customer must be communicated to Ballooning in The Bay at least 48 hours prior to the event. Additional charges may apply for any changes made after this time.
  6. Clean up/retrieval: The Artist, if returning to the event site for equipment retrieval, will, as a courtesy, remove all balloon décor including any popped scraps. However, if the Customer would like to keep the balloon decor they may take possession of it and are responsible for any popped scraps.
  7. Ownership of Materials: All equipment used for the balloon design is property of Ballooning in The Bay and is used on a rental basis. Customer is fully responsible for providing timely access to the event area for strike and teardown. Should all equipment and materials not be available to retrieve from the location, the customer will be responsible for the replacement costs of the missing equipment or material.
  8. Damage and Replacement: If any damage occurs to the balloon decor during the rental period, the client will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs.
  9. Liability: Ballooning in The Bay shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, allergies, or accidents that occur during the customer’s event, installation, and removal of the balloon decorations. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests and attendees at the event.
  10. Force Majeure: Ballooning in The Bay shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform its obligations under this Contract due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and government regulations.
